We’re looking for a Junior Data Analyst to support our growing analytics team in uncovering insights that shape the future of our operations and customer experience. This role is ideal for someone early in their analytics career who enjoys problem-solving, data storytelling, and contributing to cross-functional projects.

You’ll work with large datasets, conduct data quality checks, and support senior analysts in building reports and models. This is a great opportunity to build your skill set in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 1+ year of experience or internship in a data-focused role
Education: Degree or coursework in Statistics, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or related field
Tools & Skills: Familiarity with SQL, Google Sheets/Excel, and at least one data visualization platform (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Analytical Thinking: Able to break down problems into measurable pieces and interpret patterns
Eagerness to Learn: Curious, proactive, and willing to take on new data challenges
Communication: Comfortable presenting findings in a simple and clear format

Responsibilities

Assist in gathering, cleaning, and validating data from internal sources
Maintain and update dashboards and performance reports
Support A/B testing efforts and campaign performance analysis
Work with senior analysts to derive insights and recommend next steps
Document data sources and analysis processes for clarity and consistency
Ensure high data accuracy and integrity across reports
