We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will transform complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across the business. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging your analytical skills to improve performance, uncover trends, and inform key business initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: Minimum 2 years in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
Statistical Knowledge: Familiarity with statistical techniques and packages like Python, R, or SAS
Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data patterns, anomalies, and insights with a critical lens
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to explain data clearly to non-technical teams
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s is a plus)

Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources
Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate trends and KPIs
Collaborate with stakeholders to define business questions and design data solutions
Perform A/B testing, forecasting, and predictive modeling
Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend data-driven strategies
Ensure data integrity and compliance with company privacy standards
